Terms of Service

Effective July 22, 2026 · Last updated July 22, 2026

1. Who we are

Labs Blocks, LLC operates labsblocks.com. Labs Blocks is lab3 of Labs — the Core Engines and Distributed Intelligence lab — and is a subsidiary of Labs Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Santa Monica, California.

These terms govern your use of labsblocks.com. They sit under, and are subject to, the Labs Companies, Inc. Terms of Service. Where the two differ, the parent terms control.

2. What this site is

labsblocks.com is a single informational page about Labs Blocks. It does not take accounts, does not sell anything, and does not ask you for personal information. Nothing on it is an offer to sell securities, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or investment, legal or tax advice.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or misrepresent your affiliation with Labs.

4. Brand and content

The Labs Blocks name and emblem, the site's text, design and code, and all related marks are owned by Labs IP, LLC and licensed through Labs IP - Management, LLC. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution. You may not use the marks to imply endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

5. Forward-looking statements

Descriptions of research directions, capabilities or timelines are forward-looking and may change. They are not commitments, and they are not guarantees of any outcome.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labs Blocks, LLC, Labs Companies, Inc. and their affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules, and by the dispute-resolution provisions of the parent Terms of Service, including its arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions.
