This policy covers labsblocks.com, operated by Labs Blocks, LLC, a subsidiary of Labs Companies, Inc. It supplements the Labs Companies, Inc. Privacy Policy, which governs Labs sites generally and controls where the two differ.
labsblocks.com is a single page with no accounts, no forms, no newsletter sign-up and no comment fields. We do not ask you for personal information, and there is nowhere on this site to give us any.
Like nearly any website, our web server records standard request data — IP address, browser and operating system, referring page, and the time of the request — in its logs. We use those logs to keep the site running and secure.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you.
Server logs are used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site, and to understand traffic in aggregate. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Our hosting and network providers process request data on our behalf in order to deliver the site. Links out to LinkedIn, Crunchbase and labscompanies.ai are governed by those sites' own policies once you leave this one.
Logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and security, then discarded. The site is served over HTTPS.
Depending on where you live — including under the CCPA/CPRA in California and the GDPR in the EEA and UK — you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold. Because this site collects nothing beyond server logs, there is usually little to act on, but you can exercise those rights through the parent policy or by writing to us.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
